What your AI does, what stays human
In Platform, each person has their own AI, called whatever they name it. It is software that works for you. This is everything it does on its own, what it asks you first, and what always stays with a person.
Does on its own, with undo
- Reads the tasks, docs, decisions and errands it is allowed to seeNever another person’s private chats.
- Drafts tasks, docs and errands, and works on the tasks it is givenIt says each step, and nothing leaves your organisation without an okay.
- Hands work to another person’s AI, as a card both people can stop
- Posts in your organisation’s own team thread
- Raises a decision for a person when something needs oneIt waits in Needs you, with the finished work on screen.
- Uses the keys it is allowed, by nameIt never sees a key’s value, and every use is listed in Keys.
Asks first, every time
- Anything that goes outside your organisationPosts, emails, publishing a site.
- Anything that costs money
- Anything that cannot be undoneIt says so before you okay it.
- A change asked for by something it read, or by another person’s AI beyond what that person may doIt becomes a decision for you, quoting what it read.
Stays human
- Owning a taskA person always owns it.
- Hiring, money, and who can see what
- Following instructions written inside a document or an emailIt reads them as information, never as orders.
Your AI drafts, sorts and chases. A person makes every decision that affects someone’s rights, such as hiring, money and who can see what. From 10 December 2026, Australia’s privacy law requires the organisations it covers to say in their privacy policy which decisions a computer program makes, or helps make, that could significantly affect a person.
